1.booking and payments
 
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. For big parties and events - full payment must be made 3 weeks before the shoot date. For portraits and smaller shoots - full payment must be completed 24-48 hours prior to the shoot.
If your event is cancelled or rescheduled that does not entitle you to the return of your deposit.
 
 
2.Client's responsibility
 
Client's should arrive on time and prepared for their session. Delays may reduce the session time or may result in cancellation (loosing the deposit).
Outfit changes, props, and special requests must be discussed prior to the shoot.
 
 
3.weather and location
 
Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. If weather is unsuitable, sessions may be rescheduled. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of a specific distance.
 
 
4.rescheduling
 
Clients may reschedule 48 hours before the shoot without penalty. Only 1 complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking; additional reschedules may incur a fee.
 
 
5.IMAGE DELIVERY
 
Final edited images are delivered within 4-5 weeks, depending on the project's complexity.
Rush delivery (within 7-14) is available for an additional fee.
